What type of fee structures do you offer?
Our aim is to provide you with a fixed lump sum to complete your project. This lump sum is made up of a number of parts depending on the scope of work requested to be completed.
If you require us to assist in the very early stages of your project, to help define it and bring clarity to its scope, an hourly rate is more applicable until such time a clear scope has been defined. If and when we are engaged to complete the newly defined scope the hourly rate total is deducted from the lump sum to bring your project to life.

What is involved in the design process?
Our process has been refined into four distinct service cores. Each core includes a number of sub services required to achieve the milestone for that core.
Although the design process is a very linear event any core can be utilised to assist you. This is typically the case with clients who have begun the design process with another consultant but require us to complete the process.

How many people will be designing my building?
As your primary consultant we will advise you on which secondary consultants will be required to complete your project.
Each stage of our process will require certain consultants. Some are mandatory for the purpose of achieving a milestone others not.

How long will the design process take?
This is a difficult question to answer. It depends on a number of factors such as: Quality of the design brief, extraordinary planning requirements, complexity of your building type, your site and much more.
Each project is unique. Whatever the circumstances of your project we will always be looking for ways to fast track your project without compromising design quality.
No, we do not construct your building. We act as your representative to ensure your project is constructed as per the design documents we create for you. We will manage the tender process with a select number of builders and advise on the appropriate builder for your building. This ensure a competitive construction price and quality.
If you have a preferred builder we are also happy to work closely with them to bring your project to life.
